The oil of rose has been valued in civilisations throughout human history going right back to the ancient Egyptians who first distilled the oil from the petals - some 40,000 petals are required to make a single drop of rose oil and as a result, this oil has always been highly prized and highly priced. Fortunately, however, this powerful aroma imparts easily into infusions which is why rose petals make such a fabulous addition to the Aquasol range. The unique fine grinding process maximises exposure to the precious oils and is a delightful infusion on its own or mixed with other fruits or herbs.
