Lion's Mane, Reishi and Cordyceps mushroom extract: This blend features a trio of mushroom extracts, each complementing the others for a harmonious fusion.
Raw Cacao: is the most purest form of chocolate derived from the Theobroma cacao tree. It is created by cold-pressing unroasted cacao beans.

1. Mix a paste with 5g (tablespoon) of Simply The Zest and a small amount of hot milk of choice.
2. Add remaining hot milk and stir well.
