Lamberts Osteoguard is a comprehensive all-in-one supplement, expertly formulated to aid normal bone and muscle function. Supplying all of the key nutrients at safe yet nutritionally relevant levels, each tablet provides three fine grade minerals: 500mg of calcium, 125mg of magnesium, and 1.5mg of boron, plus 10ug of vitamin D3 and 75ug of vitamin K. It is well established that many peoples' diets are deficient in the two essential bone-making nutrients, calcium and magnesium, and that low calcium intakes can contribute to the rate at which bone mass declines with age.
